Every project is led by the same team from first site visit to final handover — one point of contact, one standard, no surprises.
From a single plot to a full self-build, we manage the entire construction programme: groundworks, structure, envelope, first and second fix, and every finish that follows. We work closely with your architect and structural engineer from the outset, so the build stays true to the drawings — and to budget.
Typical projects: detached family homes, contemporary new-builds on infill plots, replacement dwellings.
Side returns, wraparounds, second-storey additions and garden rooms — designed and built to match the existing structure in both quality and character, not just square footage. We handle structural work, roofing, glazing and internal finishes as one coordinated programme.
Typical projects: kitchen extensions, wraparound side-returns, loft conversions, garden studios.
Full strip-out and refurbishment of period and contemporary homes — rewiring, replumbing, insulation and structural remodelling, through to the last coat of paint. Particularly suited to period properties across Oxfordshire and the Home Counties, where existing character needs to be respected, not removed.
Typical projects: whole-house refurbishments, listed and period property renovation, internal reconfiguration.
For clients running their own self-build or working directly with an architect, we offer standalone project management: programme, budget control, subcontractor coordination and site supervision — without necessarily holding the main contract.
Where there's no architect in place yet, we can bring in a trusted design partner and run the project as a single design-and-build package, with one contract and one team accountable for the result.
Every project starts with a conversation about the site, the brief and the budget.
